1. What is your lead time?

Official Order Leading Time

-It depends on the order quantity and payment. Common leading time is 7-15 days for small quantity,and about 30 days for large quantity.

Sample Leading Time

25 to 30days for sample. We will make the satisfied sample for you. After sample confirmed, you can place large batch.

2. Do you offer free sample?

Yes, free sample is offered. However, the shipping cost should be paid by your side.

3. What is your quality management system and environment management system?

ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 are titled. Expiry date: Dec 16th 2025

4. Where is your factory? Where is your POL?

We own four factories in Jiangxi. Port of loading includes Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo and Ganzhou etc.

5. How large is your factory? What is your staff quantity?

We build 180000 sqm factory and hire more than 1500 personals.

6. Do you accept factory inspection and PSI (Pre-shipment inspection)?

YES. Client inspection and third-party factory inspection(TUV, SGS, BV, ITS, NTERTEK etc) are both accepted.

Pre-shipment inspection is welcomed as well.  It can be arranged according to the cargo ready date and shipping schedule.

7. Is there extra charge for shipping mark label?

No. There is no extra cost. Shipping labels including PO number, products and warehouse information, can be done according to your needs.

8. When did your export business start?

Our export business started since 2014, the year when we found our factory.

9. What is your payment term?

T/T, Western Union, and Paypal etc.

10. What is the shipping method?

It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect).
