At present, company has 1300 employees and plant area is 180,000 m², reaching annual turnover at $147 million in 2022. In 2017, TTY Homes invested $73.8 million to build 70,000 m² standard factory in Nankang Furniture Industrial Park. In 2023, TTY homes constructed a new manufacturing plant in Nankang to enhance the overseas furniture orders.
